The Bluecats Just Keep Adding to Their Already Impressive Roster

March 16, 2005 - Evansville, IN - The Evansville Bluecats are pleased to announce the signing of strong safety Clint Brown to the 2005 team. Clint weighs 215 pounds and stands at 6-foot-two. He attended Highland High School in Ault, Colorado where he graduated in the year 2000. After that Clint attended Kansas Wesleyan University, and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology.

Clint was very successful in his football career at Kansas Wesleyan University. He earned several awards for his outstanding football skills. A few of the awards he earned include: 2002 NAIA All American Football Team, 2002 KCAC All Conference Defensive Player of the Year, 2002 & 2003 KCAC All Conference First Team Selection, and 2003 Football Team Captain at Kansas Wesleyan University. These awards are just a few of the many Clint earned while in college.

With all of Clint’s experience and knowledge, the Bluecats know that he will be of value to their 2005 team. The Evansville Bluecats begin the 2005 season at home on Saturday, March 19th against Tennessee Valley. The Bluecats second game is scheduled to take place Saturday, April 2nd against Lexington. Kickoff for both games is at 7:05pm. The Bluecats want everyone in the tri-state area to come out and see them take on Tennessee Valley. The games are high impact and high energy, and fun for the whole family. Tickets are on sale now via the Roberts Stadium box office.
