August 15, 2007 - Omaha, NE - United Indoor Football (UIF) fans are taking advantage of an online auction as they try to secure their favorite UIF All-Stars’ jerseys. The auction continues through 5 p.m. Saturday. Forty of the 50 All-Stars jerseys are being auctioned off online while 10 jerseys will be part of a live auction following Saturday night’s All-Star game.
Those in attendance at the Casey’s All-Star Classic this weekend will have the opportunity to bid on the 40 featured jerseys after the online session ends. Minimum bids are $125 and bids must increase in $5 increments. To bid on a jersey, register online at unitedindoorfootball.com/playoffs/classic.
Nearly half of the online jerseys have bids ranging from $125-$190.UIF Executive Director & Commissioner, Dakota Crow, is excited with the auction. “I’m pleased to see the number of jerseys being bid on. This is a great chance for our fans to look like the pros and take home a piece of the Casey’s All-Star Classic.”
The live auction jerseys include: Dusty Burk, Bloomington; Terrance Bryant, Sioux Falls; Anthony Candler, Billings; Nate Fluit, Sioux Falls; Terrill Mayberry, Bloomington; Ben Sankey, Rock River; Maurice Simpkins, Rock River; Spetlar Tonga, Sioux City; Chad Walker, Bloomington; and James Walton, Bloomington.
