August 1, 2007 - Omaha, NE - The United Indoor Football (UIF) championship game, United Bowl III, will be carried live on the B2 Networks over the Internet it was announced today. The live broadcast via broadband will take place at 7 p.m. CDT, Saturday, August 4 from the Sioux Falls Arena in Sioux Falls, SD when the Sioux Falls Storm host the Lexington Horsemen. This is a rematch of last year’s United Bowl and the third time in four years the two teams will meet with a championship on the line.
UIF Executive Director & Commissioner, Dakota Crow, is pleased the championship game will be available via the Internet. “We’re excited to be able to provide fans across the league the opportunity to view United Bowl III online. United Bowl III will be another sellout and this is a great way for every fan to have a ticket to the game.”
The game will be available on a pay-per-view basis at a cost of only six dollars. It will be available for purchase 10-15 minutes before event time at www.b2livetv.com by clicking the “Watch Now” link next to the event. Fans will need a high-speed Internet connection and a current version of Windows Media Player.
